About us

The Welsh Coast M. C. C. Swansea (Germany) is a motor cycle club. The mother club is settled in Swansea in South Wales. Except Wales and Germany, we have branches in the Netherlands, Norway and Ireland. All sections in common classify themselves as a big family. Our patch shows the Welsh heraldic animal, the Red Dragon, with a miner's helmet and a pint of beer.

We are no MC, but the German section of the above club, and see ourselves in the traditions of the British MCCs. There is no Welsh Coast MC Germany, and it will never happen to be! We have never been involved into MC matters, and we also will not in future!

We enjoy motor cycles and riding them, no matter, which brand and cubic capacity. All our members own a bike and a driving licence, except one. To have both, is usually one of the most important requirements for joining the club.Exceptions of this rule are sickness and disability. We not only join a wide range of bike rallies in summer and winter. Many of our members do long holiday bike trips, and we keep close contact to the other Welsh Coast sections and many other clubs and drivers in Germany and abroad. We annually organize our big Easter Party, which meanwhile has become a legend and part of the biking season for many friends.

Our members live spread over a wide area between Ruhrpott,Eifel,Swabia and Harz. Nevertheless we have a well working club life without club house, therefore we are just a little bit more on the road than others. We prefer fun and friendly contact, and in fact we are very common people, who share a special interest: we like motor bikes.
